After exchanging a defective engagement ring (which broke after two months), I had to choose another one in November 2023 since we were told it cannot be refunded. We got another one and when I got in the car, I noticed one of the gems was missing. I was extremely upset. Today, I noticed there is another gem missing. I'm disappointed in the quality of american swiss and I'm convinced every single one of their jewellery is bad quality. It can't be a coincidence to experience the same issue each time I purchase something from them. Now after all of this, I have to wear a engagement ring with missing stones and it will probably lose more stones and it looks so tacky. After my two horrible experiences, I will never ever buy from American Swiss again.
