Worst insurance ever

My husband (Philasande Ngqungqumba) bought a ring a 8 years & made a claim for the lost ring only to be told that the insurance had been discontinued in June 2024. He did not receive any communication regarding the discontinuation although the company is claiming that communication was sent.

My husband would like proof that shows that an email was sent to him & in the absence of that, would like to be paid back his money for all the premiums he has paid since 2016.
