So American swiss is denying me from getting a pre approved home loan because I don't pay my account. Since I opened my account I have been paying my account via eft for years, last year they started saying that they don't pick up my payments, so I emailed them my proof of payments and then I don't hear from them again, now they handed me over to their lawyers although I have send these proof of payments to 7 diffrent people in the past. For the past 2 months I paid in the store but my credit score does not get updated. You are the worst group in the history.
