Worst experience Cavendish Mall

I am very disappointed!!! I went ring shopping for my wedding and I was advised by your online store a certain ring I was interested in was only at Cavendish mall. What the worst experience ever! They knew nothing told me I must customize my ring because they can't resize? Like what the hell and they will do a quote it's been over two weeks and had no feedback from them as they said they would call!! They really take you by the face I never felt so uncomfortable. I ask about the insurance on the rings they dont know? So what kind of people do you hire?

And guess what zevenwacht Mall was the best the assistance I got from them was unbelievable. They answered all my questions found the same ring that some how needed to be customized and it was no need!!!!!!

So I would like to know why certain branches take you by the face? Should all your branchs not be helpful like zevenwacht??
