Worst Ever

Trying to apply for an account. Got approved. Received a message to say I have been approved please bring your ID to get your card. I phoned American swiss to tell them I got the message what all do they need. They tell me they need 5 months bank statements. Fine. I go to the bank get statements and have it stamped. Go to American Swiss they ask my ID and statements. They phone customer care and the lady on the other side of the phone asks a thousand questions. Asks to speak to me. She asks me the same questions she had just asked. She has the audasity to say how can I bring 3 months bank statements if I have not yet been paid and it does not reflect on my statements. So here is wht I want to say to you. Dont approve somebody and sent them a message to ONLY bring their ID. When I thought further than my nose as to get bank statements dont tell me how can I bring bank statements if October salary has not yet been paid. American swiss has been my favourite but now they are my worst. Even the staff at the shop could not understand what the problem was
