Worst American Swiss in South Africa

<p>My boyfriend bought me a ring at American Swiss in Feb 2016 8 months too early for my birthday which was two weeks ago, I wore it for 8 hours and it broke when I was busy hugging him (it broke on the front half)</p> <p> </p> <p>We took it back to hear if they could fix it (without the slip cause it has been 8 months) a week later we received note that they could not fix it without giving us a reason at all, the lady at the till was so rude she just shrugged when asked for a reason. American Swiss Pretoria North has the worst customer service and can't even fix defective jewelry that breaks. They have *********** staff that doesn't care about the customer at all. We took it to another jeweler that said the reason it broke is because of a air bubble underneath the stones due to shoddy craftsman ship. thanks for ruining my birthday American Swiss!!!!!!!</p>
