Where is my watch?

Good Day,

I took my Anne Klein watch in for repairs at the Secunda Mall Branch of American Swiss on the 21st Jan 2019. I have been following up on my watch since but am yet to receive it. Last week a lady from the store called me to state that they could not locate my watch. Today i called the store they said they are still working on the issue of my watch. It have waiting for 6 months. I need my watch back or a replacement of the same brand. Please assist
