WHACK PRODUCT QUALITY

My now fiancé bought me an engagement ring 03/042017 Silver 925 0.05 @ R1999 . No words can express my disappointment the quality of your products , the ring has now turned black twice within a year ( first I took it back to the shop ,I was reassured its proper silver as I was questioning that . store assistant took and brought back nicely shining as it was when first bought & advised me that there's certain things I shouldn't use i.e chemicals recommends I take the ring off :( ) like really now American swiss who goes to shop and buys a Ring with limitations which in turn will become a burden to me ? Guess what its not long since it was polished ,now its gone back to black , now what must happen as this is now inconveniencing and embarrassing !!! YOU SURE KNOW HOW TO RUIN SOMETHING PRECIOUS & DEFINITELY NOT BUYING OR RECOMMENDING YOUR PRODUCTS TO ANYONE .

I am definitely not prepared to have this polished again as that would simply mean I'll be soon going back again for the same issue & not prepared to acquire this job for as long I still keep this ring :( .................. Either refund it or swop for something else but eye-opened not to get our wedding rings from ya'll as quality is whack !!!!
