Wedding Ring

Good Day,<br> <br> I bought my ring with them,twice an engagement and wedding ring. A month wearing both rings, colour changed on the 'silver'. I've sent it back to a store, I was told it will be sent away and I'd get a call once ready later that week however the engagement ring has been refunded, it's nearly a month and nobody came back to me.... This ring was purchased as a wedding ring and it's disgusting to have the metal change color a month later. All I want now is to have my account credited as this is now unacceptable and I don't want anything from this store again.<br> <br> Regards,<br>
