bought wedding band in November 17 got married in Feb 18,not even married two months wedding band has cracks where the ring was upsize not good I feel its bad service for me cause my husband paid a lot of money I don't think I will buy anymore jewelry by them band quality............

Good day I've also been phoning the shop since Friday but nobody picks the phone up its just ringing. This morning I phoned again since 09:15 up until now still no answer what customer service is that ,cause I learned in a customer service course that a phone should just ring 3 times but this phone rings forever so what kind of service do a person call that. I would just like to now must I go back to the same shop since I no longer stay that side cause parow center is nearest to me. Regards Mrs. Jooste
