wedding band

Hi. Im not satisfied with the feedback i got from one of the assistants at American Swiss - Mall of the South. I went to the store to return my wedding band which i bought last year December.

The diamond has come off and they told me i have to pay for it because the 6months period has past.

Im really torn as i havent even yet celebrated a 1 year anniversary and we paid 12000 for that poor quality band.
