Watch repaired twice for the same problem

Hi <br> <br> I wanted to find out what is the process on repairs. I bought a guess watch for about R3000. this year the second hand fell out I took it for repairs and i was informed 6 - 8 weeks waiting period. It returned and within a month the second fell out. Now im not even wearing it. I was informed that because i have worn it for a long period the only option is each time the watch will be sent to repairs. i seriously have a problem with this dimply due to the fact that half the time the watch shall more in repairs than on my wrist. And for that amount to pay and be treated like i bought this watch on the street is not fair<br> <br> Regards.
