Watch Charger that doesnt charge the Watch
Brought a Watch and the Charger is dead Please can i get Help

I brought a Watch in American Swiss Church Square Pretoria
The Charger no longer charges and i went there for asistance and i was told they are waiting for feedback and its almost a 3 weeks still waiting
The watch is a tempo Pulse watch and i was told am too harsh in charging the Watch and to think the Watch is magnetic it automatically connects itself
I spended around R900 for the watch that i only wore a month
My Last issue is that i misplaced the box and i feel like that is going to be my challenge and the watch is still under warranty and am not getting any joy
Please can hello Peter assist as am a patient customer but now i have ran out of patience
