Waste of time..

Gutted and disgusted with the level of professionalism I have been provided. They do not value customers, I have bought the items in the past from the Phoenix Plaza and has not been thanked once for my loyalty. I had sent in a ring for fixing and that was sent to the warehouse which I wanted to reject, no sms was sent to me until now. I was told that I would receive that sms as it's procedure to reject but I am still waiting. Nothing was done and I had even went into the store and advised to reject the quote for me which they was supposed to assist me or go the extra mile to assist but non of that sort. Employees are delusional and defensive when you tell them that they are in the wrong, I am upset and we continue to call but no joy, I was contacted yesterday stating that an sms would be sent and they would contacted me after 12 to double check but no one contacted me. Pathetic service received.. They only value money and not customers..
