On 26 February 2019 I purchased a Tempo watch from American Swiss the Glen . The following day I discovered , that the watch is running late 2 hours per day . I went back to American swiss and demanded a replacement , which was denied to me , I was told the watch would have to be repaired. After more than 2 month the watch came back from repair , but to my disapointment , the watch still didn't work proper. I than got angry and demanded a refund for the watch , which was refused again and again I was told the watch would have to be repaired . Again after more than 2 month the watch was returned to me and still was not working . This time I went back to American Swiss and demanded a refund for the price of the watch. Again I was refused to be refunded and the watch was sent again for repair . Since I purchased the watch and to this day the 7 th of October , the watch has never worked for one minute . Now I am really angry for such an unacceptable service . For anyone who is in the market for a new watch , I would not recommend to purchase a Tempo watch , and not from American swiss . This is the worst service , I have had in my live.
