Volkano smart watch by American Swiss via Bash online

Since October 2023. I bought a volkan smart watch from American Swiss online via Bash. The watch was delivered and the charger was not working and the watch was not working too. I went for an exchange in Sandton City branch, I was advised that they don't have the watch in stock and to my surprise the lady decided to do a repair on a charge obviously they took both the watch. The whole of October with no feedback and called the Whole of November always been told to wait for the week and I would always called after a week to follow up with no feedback. December I was told that the warehouse is closed for December holidays. Called in again January and I was told they are still closed, mid Jan the lady called me to advise that they are bringing the watch back they were not able to fix it. I asked to have a new charger but they decided to give the watch and lady advised me to go exchange with other nearest American Swiss branch and they refused to do an exchange. When I call the store they will just put down the phone. It's been seven months now stuck with volkano smart watch that is dead.
