After a watch that I had purchased from American Swiss broke after a mere 4 months, I sent it in to be repaired and I requested that it needed to be done by a specific day as I was immigrating. There was a special note made about this. However, it was not fixed in time. The manager, Virginia, went to extreme efforts to ensure that I would receive my watch before I immigrated. She initially got the same one couriered up from KZN as they had no stock. On its arrival it was damaged. She resolved the problem by replacing my watch with a slightly more expensive model that they had in stock. Her friendly, helpful, empathetic and determined attitude was so greatly appreciated.This type of excellent service is rare these days, and I honestly believe that Virginia is an incredibly great asset to American Swiss. I will not hesitate to return to your Sandton branch, despite the numerous problems I have had with your watches. Virginia for president!
