VERY UPSET NEVER BUYING ANYTHING AT AMERICAN SWISS AGAIN

I don't even have my ring for 3 months and it is turning yellow - we were not informed about this at all. My Fiance bought a white Gold ring in June 2017. We got engage end July 2017. In the first week one diamante already fell out!!! I did not even had a ring for our engagement party!!!!!!!!!!!!! After I finally received the ring back, it started turning yellow within not even 3 weeks. Not even one of my silver rings turn yellow or show scratches. You are only engaged for a small period in your life and now thanks to American Swiss my ring will be turning yellow every time even when we sent it in to clean..... If the lady told my fiance about white gold he would have never bought it!!!!! This problem will be with us for the rest of our lives. This is something that happens once in a lifetime and now it is very unpleasant, this is so unfair!!!! I cant even where the ring while doing my daily activities otherwise it will turn yellow sooner. and it looks like the other diamante wants to fall out!!!! My fiance regrets ever using American Swiss due to not telling him about white gold. I could have gotten a normal gold ring!!!!!!!!!! none of our friends or family will ever use American Swiss again!!! :-(
