Very unhappy

I was ****** with my chain few months ago I went to the american swiss branch in stellenbosch which was where my chain was bought. They told me I need to get an advidavit from the police station and a case number I did as I was told and the manager told me that I have 90 days to take another chain for the same value I did not like what I saw and she told me she will call me as soon as new stock arrive. Up until now she did not call me and whenever I go to the store she tells me they don't have anything for that price range.I went 2 somerset mall branch as I was told I may go there aswell, I was told there that it doesn't hav2 b a chain specifically I then chose a watch set,The lady told me she will transfer the item to the stellenbosch branchi cn collect thereI then went back to stellenbosch and asked the manager if a bracelet and watch was sent there she told me no nd that I cannot take anything else besides a bracelet as she told me before! I feel I'm being pushed around and I get different stories the wholetime and all I want is my bracelet or watch! Its dragging and I'm getting fed up with their attitudes when I enter the store I dnt know who is lying and who is telling the tru
