Very poor service

I put a layby at American swiss in wonderboom junction and I was told that If I cancel I will pay 1% of the layby however now when I want to change the item for another items they told me they will charge 1% of the contractual value. I asked for them to escalate this the told me they will call me back, until today I was never contacted.
