VERY MAD

VERY MAD!!!!!!!!!!!

I have ordered a personal pendent from Sterns online and paid for it as it shows that it went through my bank account and shows that it was paid to the TFG retail group. When I phoned the company there is no order placed and they cannot help me, all I want now is my money back so I can get something else for my daughter and I will never buy anything from this company whether it is online or in store as I am very disappointed with the way they treat there customers. I did not ***** the pendent I paid for it with money I saved for a year so I can get something nice for my daughters birthday.
