Very disappointed in your insurance

My contract ended at work 2016 just to find out i paid insurance which also ended august 2016 ... so now i cant claim insurance for my account ....and handed over to lawyers... I dont have a job also got two i can just afford R50 per month and im aslo not paying any lawyers ....Plus dont understand whats the reason for the ****en insurance .........
