Very disappointed

In 2016 I paid up my account and told the cashier to close my account. Last year I went for an evaluation at the bank and was told my account has been handed over for collections for an amount of R128. I sent my spouse to go pay it to remove my name from ITC Now I’ve been trying to apply for a loan and it was declined due to this listing. I asked American Swiss to remove my name from ITC since I urgently need a school loan and they said they have removed it. Meanwhile it hasn’t. I’m disgruntled because this is no fault of mine and I do not even get an apology. My name is *****ed because of the shop not closing my account. Poor customer care.
