Very bad service

I have been sending numerous emails since from Nov for TFG to close my American Swiss account , I checked ITC yesterday and my account reflects as open and that I still owe them. I gave them the right to write off any credit amount reflecting on my account and requested that they send me account closure letter. Hello Peter is my last resort as it seems as if my complaints have been falling on deaf ears. PLEASE CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT and send me proof that this account is closed , your service is pathetic will never buy anything from u again.
