Very Bad Service

I went in December to American Swiss Alberton City to buy an engagement ring. I saw the ring i liked and i had a conversation with the sales lady about what will happen if it doesnt fit because i was unsure about the size. She advised that it be resized for a R90 fee and it takes about 4 working days. I bought the ring and gave it to my wife-to-be, she liked it but it was a bit small. She went herself to take it in for resizing. She called me frustrated at the store because of the attitude she got, i asked her to give them the phone. eventually they said the ring cant be resized and they need to do a special order and the amount will increase, i didnt like it but i didnt have much of a choice and i said yes. They said theyll call around the 15th Jan 2018 when the resizing guys are open. Guess what, call never came. i called them and they said she can come to the store and they also said i will get a quotation in a week after she came to the store. Today she went to the store, they gave her the same terrible attitude and on top of that they say it will take 2 weeks to get the quotation. I told her to request a refund, but she said another ring wont have the same sentiment. There is another jewellery store in the same complex, they said they can adjust the ring by putting more silver and its going to take 4 days for a small fee of R400. Next month im buying wedding rings and it will not be from American Swiss.
