Very bad jewelry

We bought wedding rings in 2019. The inner part of the finger section was much thinner that the rest of my ring. In 2022 , that thin part snapped , I emailed American swiss for advise but never got a response. I have packed the broken ring away and resorted to just wearing the small supporting band by itself... utterly disappointed that American Swiss jewelry does not even last 5 years. I mean they are WEDDING rings, should last a long time.
