utterly disgusting

My Fianc? purchased my engagement ring from American swiss, he was advised that because my size was so small that the possibility of stones falling out were high. Fine. We have a 6 month warranty on the piece. Unfortunately a diamond did fall out and the very next day I took it in to be repaired... The lady, Denise, said it will take 3 working days. Fine. The third working day I called to see if I could collect I was advised it would be there in the afternoon. 10 days later my ENGAGEMENT RING is still not ready. The staff are rude, unprofessional and unwilling. I will NOT be purchasing my wedding bands from American swiss.
