Useless rhodium plating service

I took my ring for rhodium plating on the 25th of November. I produced a warranty POP and that I never went to do it since I bought it in 2017. The lady said I had to come within the first 6months of purchase. Really!!! Am I a child to be scratching my ring just for it to be polished? I was then called and I was told that it will cost me five hundred and odd rands, which i dont have a problem. I told them to proceed with the quote. Guess what? When my wife went to enquire about it last week, she was told it's not ready and that I did not accept the quote. Wow! I just came back from there now at Mall of Africa, they told me the ring is not ready. I am getting married in friday. What an appaling service!!! I want this rhodium plating premium waivered, I drove for nothing. Nxaaa
