USELESS IS UNDERSTATED

You will have to go far to see more incompetence than at ASJ. Bought a watch while on leave at the Mooi River Mall in Potchefstroom that broke down weeks later. Take it in to repair in Richards Bay and receive it back still not working. Complain to customer services and it agreed that I can return the watch at the Vryheid branch as I am working in the area this week. Drop the watch off on Thursday and branch requests a copy of the purchase docket from Mooi River, but the phone either just rings or the manager is not there. Today is Saturday, the manager is yet again not there, or calling back and VRyheid still does not have the slip. I then call customer services again who advise me to call the Regional manager and proceed to give me the wrong number!!... How much incompetence must one now suffer?
