Used silver baguette earrings / Cape Town International American Swiss

I have purchased a pair of silver baguette earrings from the American Swiss 70% sale at Cape Town International Airport 30/12/2017. The earrings do not look new. The stones are loose and has a scratch from opening them on the side. Gail Raubenheimer has confirmed that the product code does not match the earrings which I have. So when people buy earrings from you and have an allergic reaction, is it from the earrings or from prior use? I reported the issue and I am still waiting feedback since 30/12/2017. Good Day Your field manager Michael called me yesterday at 07:11. In my original complaint I did explain that I do not have a car and it would cost me approx R120.00 per way to return the item. His response was that managers were on leave and you would not be able to assist me. If you sold me an item that was in proper condition we would not have this issue. Please could another person contact me.
