Upset customer

Poor service at American Swiss, mall at carnival in brakpan, on the 13th Sep 19 I took my ring to be fixed and replace 1 diamond I had to call them for a quote, and I called again on the 21st Sep 10 times without answering their phone, I called again on the 23rd to ask them to bring back my ring from their workshop today it's 25th still had no one calling me to say your ring is ready to be collected from the 13th to 25th still no phone call. Not happy with their service at all.
