Uprofessional Stuff

On Tuesday 1st of March I went to pay my account - American Swiss in Boulders Midrand. <br> The ladies working there were playing with each other and after 10-15 minutes standing and waiting to be called and assisted, the lady by name of Dipuo said to her colleague customers are waiting \giggling\" assist them, her colleague said \"let them wait, they will be strong\" and I politely asked her, do you really mean that she said yes. <br> <br> She assisted me, playing, asked me several times how much am I paying, also looking at my drivers license and literally pronouncing my surname wrong. After she gave me a slip and as I was about to step out of the door, the lady called me and said she gave me the wrong slip.<br> <br> When I turned back they were all laughing. <br> <br> I am very sad and feel disrespected by the stuff there. "
