Unsatisfactory service

So I bought a watch at American swiss umngeni at city view. The watch was adjusted by the person selling the watch to me. When I got home the links that had been removed were not on the watch container. I drove back to the shop to check for them and the sales person denied having kept the links. This was meant as a gift to someone and now I'm sitting with a problem where the watch doesn't fit and the links are missing. They further refused to exchange the watch. I am very disappointed with the service
