unprofessional ,undermining and unprincipled service

<p>My boyfriend bought a ring for me in American Swiss on Friday 30 September at Green acres mall in Port Elizabeth .He was assisted there by a lady who happen to be the “manager” .He told her that this is a gift for his girlfriend just a surprise present and he is concerned that it would not fit her .So the lady ( Amina ) told him that “not a problem your girlfriend can come and we will resize it for her” .As he anticipated the ring did not fit me ,so he said I must bring it back to American swiss as he was told ,and he wouldn’t be there coz he works out of town</p> <p> </p> <p>So yesterday lunchtime (past 13:00h) 03/10/2016 I went there and told the lady who assisted me and she looked at the ring ,guess what ? she said “Unfortunately this kind of ring cannot be resized” and I explained as my boyfriend had explained to me .She said “no these kinds of rings are not resized” ,but she will send it to their jeweller I must pay R90 ..I was surprised because my boyfriend did not say anything about paying for a resize .So she called the person who helped my boyfriend Amina .</p> <p> </p> <p>Amina denied everything and called my boyfriend a **** when I asked where did my boyfriend get the RESIZE story from because that’s not a common word that men or clients would use .She said “ no I never said that to him I would have never said such a thing to a client ,he is lying ” ,but I was so angry that she could call my boyfriend a **** in my face ,I mean where did he get that information ? and on top of it she even said “these kind of rings are not resized she wouldn’t have sold it to him” Like really the ring was sold .</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so annoyed and disappointed at the service that American Swiss offers to clients and on top of it calling people ***** in their absence .This to me was so unprofessional ,undermining and unprincipled that one could sell something to someone and goes around say that that person **** .And what makes it even worse this woman had the audacity to say maybe he heard me saying that this cannot be resized .I mean hello is she now implying that he doesn’t understand English or can’t hear properly …really I hate it when one looks down on you when you have a problem with what they sold you ,whereas when they were selling to you, you were the next best thing since slice bread .My boyfriend only comes back month end and I have to wait till then and this so not on.</p> <p> </p>
