Unprofessional American Swiss staff

Worst experience ever .American Swiss (Capegate Mall) get ur sales staff in check .Quick to take money for the purchase. Sales lady advise my ring would be ready on Friday 31/01/2025 at 11am after the resizing.I was there at 12 and another rude sales lady said it's not ready and if u dnt have an sms I cnt help u.I then explained I was told it would be there so I made a special trip just to pick it up.She said u can go browse the mall and try again at 2pm (how rude advising me what to do with my time)NO apology or explanation .At 2pm I sent my friend as I was annoyed with that staff .He was told they received the ring but he cannot have it until they record it and then sell it. What do u mean sell it again when it was already purchased he asked .The ring was only sent for resizing he told the staff. Then they just dumped it in a box and couldn't even offer him a gift bag ,wrapping or paper bag.Wow American Swiss so I suppose every piece of jewellery is dumped in a cheap box and just given to the customer without offering them a bag .If this is your procedure once a sale is done, it is absolutely pathetic .I would never purchase anything from ur store ever again .Get your staff to give an estimation of time to the customer instead making unrealistic pickup times .Train them to be professional .
