UNHAPPY AMERICAN SWISS AND STERNS SANLAM CENTER CLIENT

I am so unhappy with the customer services @ american swiss Sanlam Center Parrow. I bought an engagement ring @ American swiss Somerset Mall, my partner had to take the ring to American swiss sanlam center who revered him to sterns sanlam center. After the made the ring smaller & cleaned it the whole ring is messed up and now american swiss do not want to take the ring back What do I do?
