Unacceptable service

I wanted to share my experience with American Swiss at Galleria Mall. I bought a watch there three months ago, and it already stopped working. When I took it back for a battery change, the same lady who sold it to me was really rude. She accused me of making the watch dirty because she assumed I work in construction, which isn’t true—I’m a logistics driver. She refused to take it back or help me and just told me to go somewhere else. Honestly, this kind of service is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend buying from there if they treat customers like this.
