Unacceptable behavior from manager Denise Pillay- ASJ Phoenix Plaza

Absolutely pathetic service from manager Denise Pillay at American Swiss Phoenix Plaza. The store manager, Denise Pillay, raised her voice at me whilst I expressed my dissatisfaction with a Fossil watch that I had purchased as a gift which did not work since the first day. I had then sent it in for repairs with her and she somehow seemed to have taken my dissatisfaction personally.

Her behaviour was abrupt, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable ,especially from a manager. Another staff member witnessed the interaction and clearly reacted to how uncalled for it was. Customer concerns should be handled with respect, not HOSTILITY. I expected far better from A.S.J. Phoenix Plaza.
