I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Lorraine an crew on the 7th of Feb 2026. Only to be told that she can't help me with my issue. She persuade me to buy 3 watches at the price of 2 while and receipt shows that i bought 3 an a chain at full price. They where nice but manipulative unfortunately. and unhelpful. She gave me an unpleasant treatment on my return for help. She didn't even bother to listen to my problem before dismissing me for next customer. that's harassment basically for such behavior in cooperate level. This is unacceptable. Tran No. SR***. T***
