*****ulent activities and unauthorized access to my personal information

You *****ulently open an account on my name then send it to your debt collector DCM. I have approached you guys before and came with all evidence that I have never had an account with you and promised that your ***** department would contact me but has never. You have to stop the nonsense and find the correct persons who opened an account. I am tired of being harassed by your debt collector DCM about something I do not know. I will have to open a case of ***** on you and negligence since this has had a devastating effect on my credit record. I want to know who opened an account and what signature and identification was used because I have never had dealings with you. I am sick of your nonsense.
