Tribble service

Hi.... Can't believe the service I received from American Swiss. Bought a wedding ring for my wife after 3months of my wife wearing it the stone of the ring fell off. Returned it back to the store I was told it cannot be replaced, rather it will be sent off to be fixed by the than manager. After a while the very same stone fell off and once again I was told it will be fixed again. The store manager even agreed that the pins to hold the stone in place was manufactured to short. It came back from fixing again and not even a week the stone was off again, after complaining to TFG the regional manager advised me she is sending it to American Swiss head office expert and to my surprise store manager called me to advise they expert advised its wear and tire cause it does have scratches on the ring and the so called expert can replace the stone and make the clips stronger but I must pay. What does a scratche as to do with a stone that keeps on falling off? Hope no one else fines themselves in the position am in
