<p>I visited your Cavendish Square branch this evening at 18:38 to find the doors closed and was turned away, despite this particular centre hours being until 19h00. I had from Cape Town CBD to this particular branch to purchase a gift for my mom's 60th. I was very disappointed At the slack customer service there wasn't a note saying why they had closed earlier . I will also lodge a complaint with centre management</p>
