They never answer their telephone lines EVER

For two weeks I been trying to call this store trying to locate a ring for my friend’s birthday, I sent out an enquiry online requesting them to just say yes or no if they have the ring or which store I can get it from but no response that was about a month ago so now for a full two weeks I been calling them and there’s no answer I don’t see why they have a phone if they not gonna put it to use, I called several times a day and there’s never an answer ever and all I want to do is just to get my friend the ring she loves for her birthday why are they turning this whole thing into a nightmare? If someone can assist please let me know
