They have gone “Missing In Action” not picking up my calls!

I took my ring to be resized last week. Today is Thursday of the following week. No one has called me to tell me if my ring can be collected. I have tried calling them but no one picks up! Must I drive all the way to Clearwater mall just to get an update on my ring. I need it back before tomorrow. ****ed!
