The worst service ever Dont Laybye

My name is Lutendo Laka my I'd number is ********** 713081. I made a laybye on rings March this year at Church Street Pretoria my husband lost his job and we realise that we could no longer afford the rings. I then went to Mabapone branch yesterday to cancel it and requested a refund they told me I must go to Pretoria where I made the laybye today I went to Pretoria and the Lady by the name of Vatiswa assisted me. She said I must go get a bank statement since i paid R1000 on my laybye they dont pay R1000 in cash which I did and when I came back she gave me a refund sheet to sign. Took my laybye slips and after that she said it will take 21 days for a refund to be paid in my account. 21 days for a refund like really and you don't have any proof in writing after getting my money im never going back to American Swiss ever and would not recommend anyone to make a laybye there.
