The poorest service ever

The sales consultants working there have an attitude as if they own the store.American Swiss gave me a refund because they ruined my husband's wedding when it went for resizing. The ring has changed its original colour and American swiss is unable to fix it.But now when I get to the store if there's no cash then it's loadshedding, I keep going back and forth and today they decide to tell me that I need to bring the ring back in order for me to get the refund of which nobody stated that to me.What they said is that it's logic that I should know that I have to bring the ring back.I ended up arguing with them.The attitude of the ladies working there stinks. There's definitely no professionalism. I will never recommend the store to anyone
