The sales lady Palesa at American Swiss Eastgate offered me the best service despite having experienced a rather rude and unexpected experience at Foschini next door. As soon as I walked in she approached me and lead me directly to what I wanted. She offered me a variety and allowed me the opportunity to make an informed decision. Even after all that she wrapped the product for me beautifully without me asking her to do so and smiled continuously throughout our interaction. I was highly impressed to see that TFG still had such exceptional people in their employment. A BIG thank you to Palesa and American Swiss for the experience. I certainly will come back.
