TFG they are trying to **** me
My name is Enock Moshoana i had an account with American Swiss with the balance of R3000 even on my bash app it shows that i had the balance of R3000 i go to the app and pay the balance after i called TFG Group to assist me with a paid up letter they told me to speak to their lawyer's are the one who should assist me with a paid up letter i further asked them that you handed over my account without any notification the lady told me that she had nothing to say to me and she gave me the contact number when i called the lawyer told me i need to pay R460 for me to get a paid up letter TFG is a **** and they are very rude to their customers i will appreciate if hello Peter could assist me

Thank you for your email communication.
Please be advised that when an account gets charged off debtor are liable for the costs and fees of the agency.
That is what you still need to settle with IDC before you can get the paid up letter.

The above email i received it today from TFG group they are saying i need to pay IDC debt collector's for me to get paid up letter TFG never informed me that they are handing over my account secondly the amount reflected on TFG app it was was R3000 even on my credit profile. After paying R3000 i called TFG to inform them that i paid up my account also i never received any call from TFG debt collector's why should i pay agency fees. The amount i paid it was my balance of R3000 I never had an account with IDC.
