TFG - American Swiss - Montana Kolonade shopping centre

I am very disappointed , I cancelled my layby two months ago and I still haven’t received my money back because the store claims that they don’t have money at the store. But when I did my layby they happily took my money and promised that I can cancel anytime with no hustle but now I can’t even get my money back.. American Swiss Montana - Kolonade shopping centre the employees there are very *********** and have no idea what they are doing the manager is also clueless. I want my money back !
