Terrible Treatment from Staff

Walked into American Swiss in Cresta Mall to purchase a watch. I walked up to two staff members and greeted them, to my surprise they blatantly ignored me so I turned and walked out. One male staff member followed me out to apologise but the femal could not be bothered . Pathetic customer service and terrible behaviour.
